Natalie is a member of our Trusts and Estates, Guardianship Practice, Estate & Trust Litigation, Taxation and Municipal Law & Land Use groups. In Surrogate’s Court and Supreme Court, Natalie represents fiduciaries (executors, trustees and guardians) and actual and prospective beneficiaries of estates and trusts in a variety of contested proceedings and actions, including, but not limited to, Wills & Trusts Contests; Turnover Proceedings; and Contested Accountings. Natalie represents clients in estate planning matters. Natalie has also developed wide experience in the preparation of fiduciary tax returns, estate tax returns, and trust and estate accountings.
