Streng, who chairs our Surrogate’s Court Litigation group, lectured in Tarrytown for the Trusts & Estates Law Section of the New York State Bar Association as part of a program entitled “Successfully Handling a 1404 Proceeding Under the SCPA”. Frank’s topic was “Basics of SCPA 1404 Examinations.”
