Estate Planning During the Coronavirus Emergency
McCarthy Fingar’s Trusts and Estates lawyers are always available to our clients. We are especially sensitive, during the Coronavirus (COVID-19) health crisis, about your concerns of having up-to-date estate planning documents in place. Whether your concern results from anxiety about Coronavirus, or because estate planning was one of those items on your “To Do” list, let one of our lawyers give you peace of mind so that, in the event of an emergency, you have all of the necessary documents in place.
Supervising the Execution of Documents During Crisis
Ensuring that our clients execute valid and enforceable estate planning documents is our highest priority. Fortunately, due to one or more executive orders of New York Governor, Andrew Cuomo, our lawyers were able to use audio conferencing and video conferencing technologies to supervise the execution and notarization of our clients’ estate planning documents without the need to meet in person.
